I have practiced law since 1977, developing extensive litigation skills as both a county prosecutor and public defender while operating a solo practice on the side. Wanting to focus my practice exclusively in tax law, I earned an LL.M. degree in Transnational Business and Taxation in 1985 and an LL.M. in Taxation in 1986. In the 20 years since, I have assisted thousands of clients in resolving their tax problems with the Internal Revenue Service or the various taxing authorities of the State of California.
I am a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the California Bar Association and the Tax Law Section of the California Bar. I am admitted to practice before all California state courts, United States Tax Court, United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Northern District of California.
